Interdisciplinary, neurodiversity-affirming practice serving autistic and ADHD clients across the lifespan. Flexible caseload starting at ~6+ hours/week.
Part-time LCSW/LPC Remote Position with In-Person Option
TCS (Therapy and Counseling Services) is an autistic-led, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapy clinic based in the Camp Hill / Harrisburg, PA area, providing telehealth across Pennsylvania. We currently provide speech and occupational therapy services across the lifespan and are expanding to include counseling / psychotherapy services, We are hiring an independently licensed clinician to help shape this new department from the ground up.
This role is a strong fit if you practice consent-based, neuro-affirming therapy and you like working collaboratively. Our team includes OTs and SLPs, and we share a regulation- and function-oriented lens (real-life participation, nervous system realities, sensory needs, and practical supports that translate outside the session).
Role highlights
- Interdisciplinary by design: collaborate with OT/SLP for warm consults and aligned care when helpful
- Telehealth/virtual therapy: serve clients across PA; in-person is optional (Camp Hill area)
- Populations you can specialize in: neurodivergent clients (autism/ADHD; pediatric and/or adult), anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity development, and chronic illness/disability themes (including chronic pain, hEDS/hypermobility, dysautonomia/POTS), parents and families of neurodivergent children
Schedule & expectations
- Part-time to start, with room to grow
- Minimum expectation: 6 billable hours/week
- Reliable documentation and communication are essential (we keep systems efficient and realistic)
Compensation
- W2 employee with a variety of benefits according to weekly hours
- Estimated effective hourly range: $80–$115 per billable session hour
Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Independently licensed in Pennsylvania (no supervision available): LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist (and other independently licensed clinicians considered depending on scope)
