Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Part-Time or Full-Time (Camp Hill, Pennsylvania)
Part-time or full-time role for independently licensed SLPs in Pennsylvania, witih a mix of in-person (Camp Hill) and telehealth options according to fit and caseload needs. Interdisciplinary, neurodiversity-affirming practice serving autistic and ADHD clients across the lifespan. Flexible caseload starting at ~10+ hours/week.
Overview
TCS (Therapy and Counseling Services) is an autistic-led, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed outpatient clinic in Camp Hill (Harrisburg area). We provide clinic-based services and telehealth across Pennsylvania. We’re currently accepting interest from Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a potential part-time or full-time W2 role. Timing is flexible and need-dependent, but if you’re the right fit, we’d genuinely love to talk.

Requirements
- Active, independent Pennsylvania SLP license (unfortunately we are not able to supervise CFYs at this time)
- Strong documentation habits and comfort using an EMR
- Ability to provide telehealth services (as applicable) with appropriate privacy and professionalism
- Commitment to trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, consent-based practice
Nice-to-haves (not required, but helpful)
- AAC experience (including robust AAC and/or alternative access methods)
- Gestalt Language Processing / Natural Language Acquisition (GLP/NLA) familiarity
- Experience with apraxia, complex language profiles, or selective speaking profiles
- Comfort supporting autistic teens/adults (in addition to pediatrics), if desired
- Interest in interdisciplinary work with OT around regulation, sensory needs, feeding, and functional participation
